I mainly gave fivalo.com a try because I was getting a bit tired of the limited choices on my old platform. The asset list is really solid overall, with crypto, forex, stocks, and some commodities all in one place. It was super easy to find most of the things I usually trade.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that a few smaller coins and more niche stocks I searched for just weren’t there. It’s still a good platform overall, and I really hope they keep adding more assets over time.

The market analysis just didn’t really hit the mark for me. It felt a bit thin... by the time I got it, some of it already seemed late. A few points were obvious too, so I couldn’t really use much of it for my trades...

I don’t know, this site gives me a bit of a sketchy vibe. Maybe it’s fine, but right now it’s coming off like Captain Not-Quite-Trustworthy, and I’m not totally comfortable using it yet.

My first thought was that something was wrong because the deposit just didn’t show up. It finally landed after a few days, but that felt way too long for a simple money transfer.

I ordered from Fivalo and overall, it was an okay experience. The prices seemed fair, and I did receive what I ordered, so no major complaints there. That said, the quality felt average to me, and the shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping. I wouldn’t say it was a bad purchase, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to order again unless I saw a really good deal

I was hoping there’d be more useful info, but the educational content feels thin. There just wasn’t much for me to take away from it.

I tried to verify my account, but it kept failing for no clear reason. I reached out to support hoping someone would actually look into it, but the replies felt like copy-and-paste messages that didn’t address my issue. I get that verification is important, but it should be fair and straightforward when someone is genuinely trying to complete it.

I reached out to Fivalo support about an issue with my account, and they did get back to me and fix it in the end. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping. I’m sure other customers would appreciate faster response times too, especially when it’s something account-related. Overall, the support was okay, just not very quick...

Trying to fund my account was way more annoying than it should be. The options are so limited it feels like these clowns barely thought it through. Frustrating experience.

I tried using the Fivalo mobile app after a friend recommended I check it out, but it was a bit of a headache. Pages kept taking forever to load, and a couple of times it randomly sent me back to the login screen for no clear reason.
I also had a hard time finding basic things because the whole app felt clunky and not very intuitive. Maybe the website works better, but the app experience made me give up quickly

I tried to withdraw my money and it ended up being way more stressful than I expected. The request sat pending for what felt like 5 or 6 days, maybe longer, and when I contacted support they just gave me vague answers that didn’t really explain anything. After that, I’m not sure I’d trust them with my money again
